RAMZVPN, INC. PRIVACY POLICY
Introduction
This document (“Privacy Policy”) explains the privacy rules applicable to all information collected or submitted when you access, install, or use RamzVPN, Inc.
By performing the following actions, you confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy:
- Visiting our websites
- Submitting your personal data to us via any of our websites, forms, or Services
- Accessing, installing and/or using the Services
If you disagree with the rules of this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Services.
Logging
RamzVPN has a very strict logging policy to protect your privacy. We guarantee that while using RamzVPN or any of our associated Services none of your internet activity will be monitored, recorded, logged, stored, or passed to any third party.
We do not store connection time stamps, use bandwidth, traffic logs, IP addresses or browsing data. From the moment a RamzVPN user connects to one of our VPN servers, the connection between their computer and our servers becomes symmetrically encrypted using ChaCha20, and authenticated with Poly1305.
If any private party or government agency was to request any of the above information from RamzVPN, we would not be able to supply it because that data is not recorded in any way.
The only information that we store is necessary to manage your subscription and provide you access to our Services. Please see more details below.
Personal Information
RamzVPN collects the following personal information:
- Your email address
- Your payment information (stored and managed through Stripe)
We collect your email address in order to:
- Allow access to a RamzVPN account and any functionality included in your subscription plan
- Provide you customer support and answer your questions and requests
- Send you updates and changes in policy related to the use of our Services
- Inform you of any changes to your account or subscription
- Confirm your identity when creating a new account or changing your password.
Your payment information is stored and managed through our payment processor, Stripe. To see their privacy policy, please click here. RamzVPN does not store any payment information, such as credit or debit card information, bank account, and routing number, account holder name, billing address, etc. We only have access to payment confirmation as pertaining to your subscription plan (e.g. that you have purchased a subscription or have not renewed your plan).
Usage Information
For RamzVPN to work, we have to store the IP of the VPN server that you connect to while your connection is active. This VPN server IP record is deleted once you press the button on the app to disconnect. We DO NOT at any point record your personal IP address.
